1. What battery does the product use?
It uses a high-quality lithium-iron-phosphate battery.
2. How long can the product charge my devices?
The charging time is indicated on the LCD screen of the product. This information can be used to estimate the charging time of most devices with stable power consumption.
3. How do I know if the product is being charged?
When the product is loaded, the remaining charging time is displayed on the LCD. Meanwhile, the charge indicator icon starts to rotate with the percentage of battery remaining and the input power is displayed on the right of the circle.
4. How to clean the product?
Wipe the product gently with a dry, soft and clean cloth or paper towel.
5. How to store the product?
Before storing the product, start by turning it off. Then store it in a dry, ventilated place at room temperature. Do not place it near water sources. With long-term storage, discharge 30% and 60% charge every three months to extend the battery life.
Notes:
1) Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated place. In case of prolonged exposure or use in a humid environment (e.g. by the sea), we recommend using a waterproof bag to keep your battery dry and dry.
2) During use, if you accidentally drop the product into the water or inadvertently pour water over it, place it in a safe and clear place, and stay away until it is completely dry. Once dry, the product should no longer be used.
