Use of incompatible accessories, chargers, or power sources

Removal or tampering of serial numbers, barcodes, or security seals

The warranty policy is strictly linked to the original product packaging. Any claim MUST be accompanied by:

We strongly advise storing the product packaging and receipt safely until the warranty period expires.

Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

Depending on the nature of the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the discretion of the supplier or manufacturer.

Warranty does not cover software, data loss, or any indirect losses, including downtime or loss of business.
